CARE AND RETURNS POLICY

How do I care for my flowers?

Caring for your flowers is easy. Follow these three rules:

-         Before placing flowers in a vase, cut stems on an angle

-         Replace water in your vase every 2-3 days or when water is murky

-         Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from air-con

Please keep your flowers away from pets and children as some flowers may be toxic if ingested.

Returns and Care

On average flowers should last between 3 and 7 days, however, all flowers are different and will perish at different rates. Should your flowers perish within 3 days of delivery or are damaged on delivery, please take a clear photograph(s) and contact us within that 3-day timeframe, at hello@loyalhenry.com.

Where flowers have been damaged on delivery or do not meet your expectations, we will ask for you to send us photographs so that we can clearly assess what has gone wrong. We cannot arrange for a refund or a replacement if the original flowers have been disposed of or photographs are unavailable.

If we are satisfied that you have shown reasonable care for your flowers then we will offer to re-send new flowers or provide a full or partial refund, at our discretion. 

Nothing in our Returns Policy restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I Return for Change of Mind?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of flowers, we are unable to offer a return for a change of mind.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Cancellations must be requested by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be provided, however we may offer you a store credit at our discretion.
