DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

To ensure fresh supplies, we require a minimum of two days advance notice of your order. For example, if your flowers are to be delivered on Wednesday you must let us know by the end of day on Sunday.

All deliveries will be made during business hours (9am - 5pm) on the date specified. If you require any special instructions, please add them to the Cart page on our website, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

We deliver flowers throughout the Northern Sydney metropolitan areas (postcodes 2055 – 2077 and 2088 – 2096). If your delivery suburb is outside of this radius please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you or offer another option. 

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Standard Delivery will cost $15.00 per bouquet or arrangement, or as otherwise specified on the checkout page.

Placing an order

Any time you place an order online we will send you a confirmation email once the order has been paid and processed. You will also receive an email once your item has been shipped. Please contact us at hello@loyalhenry.com if you have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation at the time of placing your order. 

Where will you leave the order?

We will leave your order in a safe, shady spot by the front door (if applicable).  If there is no safe place to leave your order, (e.g. apartment building or locked gate) we will try to give you a call to discuss.

You may incur further delivery fees if we are unable to leave the order in a safe place, or if the wrong delivery address is provided.
